Prices

Web site prices are updated daily (Monday-Friday; holidays excluded) and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the computer industry, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this web site. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. We disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We offer 5 year warranty on all flash memory products sold through us.

HANDLING CHARGES

Within 30 days of shipment, you can return any unopened or opened product for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee is assessed if the merchandise is not defective, is ordered by mistake, is simply no longer desired, or is incompatible with your hardware etc. Within 30 days of shipment, if you change your mind about a purchase, you can exchange the unopened product. You will assume all shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

Tax

We will cover all local sales tax (when applicable). All orders are sent insured. Claims are provided if the shipment is lost or damaged during transit. Duty and customs fees (when applicable) are responsibility of the recipient.
