Return and Exchange Policy
within 30 days of shipment, you can return the defective products for a refund of the full purchase price (including shipping fees that $6.99 as upper limit).

3. Return eligibility is based on the date of the post-mark on the package.

If for some reason you purchase a product from flashmemorymall.com and find the product defective within 30 days of shipment, you may exchange it for a new one using our return/exchange policy through flashmemorymall.com
If you have a problem with a product you purchase from flashmemorymall.com after 30 days of shipment and within 5 year, manufacturer's warranty will be used to exchange or repair your item. If the manufacturer's warranty has expired or does not exist, the item(s) can only be exchanged for similar product(s). To do so, Contact Us.
